This morning, my extremely old tablet at home, which was playing online TV while plugged in, just died. Out of nowhere.
Being the most tech-savvy person in the house, I tried everything to turn it back on. Nothing worked. I gave up and thought to myself, well, I guess its time was up. What a shame. It lasted so many years. From now on, my mom won’t have her old tablet to play games on anymore.
Then out of nowhere, my mom, whose knowledge of technology is basically zero, walks over and says, “You didn’t turn on the power switch for the charger…”
Me: “……”
And then I sat there wondering, where the hell did my brain go?
